Delivery Information

All items will require a signature on delivery. Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. 

Parcels are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday 

All orders placed after 3pm Friday will be sent the following Monday.

Delivery options are as follows:

FREE - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

£3.95 - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

£6.95 - Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. (Guaranteed)

Certain large/bulky items are sent via DHL and will also require a signature.

If you require your goods by a certain day we recommend using one of our guaranteed services.

All customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch of their purchase.

We reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. We do not accept responsibility for items delayed in the post. We do not refund shipping costs unless we are responsible for the error.
